Exchanges and returns
If you need to exchange or return your item, please send us an email at membership@cnduk.org within 30 days of receiving your order, and send your item in its original condition to: Merchandise, CND, 162 Holloway Road, London, N7 8DQ
Refunds
Once your item has been received and checked that it's in its original condition, we will refund the cost of that item plus any applicable postage via your original payment method within 3 working days.
Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless your item is damaged or faulty.
